This season I’ve moved away from tracking my training on urbyville and have instead begun using a Google Docs spreadsheet to log my miles. I’ve included the link here for anyone interested in following my training. I’ve also left the spreadsheet open for comments, should someone be so inclined.
Training has been going well. I’m finishing up my summer racing season and as a result, I’ve been doing almost entirely easy running for the past month. It’s a cycle of race and recover. That is the way it is though given the race calendar I selected. However, I am looking forward to a season of training again when I can get back to working on my speed consistently and logging bigger miles.
