It’s Finally Here!
We’re excited and proud to announce the publication of my second book, Between a Rock and a White Blaze: Searching for Significance on the Appalachian Trail. This book is a chronological tale about our 2011 AT thru-hike that covers everything, including the people we met, the crazy weather and animal encounters we had, and the deeper meaning we found in the hike.
How do I get a copy?
The book is available on Amazon in both the Kindle version ($4.99) and the paperback version ($9.99).
Don’t have a Kindle?
No problem! Amazon has a free Kindle reader that you can download to your PC, iPad, iPhone…pretty much any device you can think of, so you can read the Kindle version and still pay half the price of the paperback, without the Kindle.
Want to help promote it?
If you read the book, please consider putting up a review on Amazon so that other interested readers can make an informed decision before they purchase it. Reviews are quite possibly the most helpful way you can help us promote the book, as thousands of people shopping on Amazon will see that review. If you also want to tell your family and friends about it, we would certainly appreciate that too.
Did you like The Trail Life?
Speaking of reviews, if you read The Trail Life: How I Loved it, Hated it, and Learned from it (Julie’s book about the PCT), consider putting up a review on Amazon as well. Thank you to everyone who has already taken the time to read the book and put up a review.
Want a free copy?
We’ll be running promotions on our Urbyville Facebook page, offering free, signed copies of the book. Make sure you “Like” Urbyville on Facebook so you get updates on when we’re offering freebies.
